3. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council regarding the expenditure of $4,000.00 from the Park Fundraising account for the purchase of a lighted kiosk for the City Hall boulevard median to display posted agendas and other information of city interest.
4. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council regarding the purchase of an entry monument for the City Hall complex.
5. Report from the City Manager on the Parks and Wildlife letter received on the grant application.
6. Discussion of future work days.
7. Future agenda items.
8. Adjournment.
The Parks Committee reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matters listed on the agenda, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (consultation with attorney), 551.072 (deliberations about real property), 551.073 (deliberations about gifts and donations), 551.074 (personnel matters), 551.076 (deliberations about security devices), 551.087 (economic development), and/or 418.183 (homeland security).
