1. Call meeting to order.

2. Public comment and announcements on items not on the agenda.

3. Discussion, city staff input and action related to list of streets to be considered and recommended to City for paving in 2011.

4. Discussion and action on a final, prioritized list, of streets to be recommended to City Council at the May 10, 2011 regular meeting.

5. Discussion and action related to the Inter-local Agreement Road and Bridge Services between the City of Granite Shoals and Burnet County.

6. Discussion, city staff input and action related to planned water or sewer line installation and any conflict with planned street paving.

7. Discussion, city staff input and action related to identifying and defining street name signs, traffic control signs and other road signs that can be purchased with money from the certificates of obligation.

8. Discussion and action related to streets identified to city staff or members of the Street and Water Advisory Group as needing attention.  These include Green Forrest (pave request),

      Green Acres (drainage-damage), Bluebonnet (pave request), Viewcrest (pave request), Shorewood Downs (pave/drainage/repair request), E. Cedar Dr. (pave request) and Hilldale (pave request).

9. Discussion related to Budget Retreat, Friday, June 3, 2011.

10. Items for future meetings and dates for meetings.

11. Citizen comments.

12. Adjournment.

The Street and Water Advisory Group reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matters listed on the agenda, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (consultation with attorney), 551.072 (deliberations about real property), 551.073 (deliberations about gifts and donations), 551.074 (personnel matters), 551.076 (deliberations about security devices), 551.087 (economic development), and/or 418.183 (homeland security).

I certify that the foregoing agenda has been posted at Granite Shoals City Hall and at one other place within the City limits on Friday, April 29, 2011, on or before 5:00 p.m. and shall remain there continuously from such time until 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2011.
