Section 102.005 of the Texas Local Government Code, adopted in September 2007, requires any

budget adopted after September 2007 to include the following language on a cover page:

"This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's

budget by $149,461, or 9.86%, and of that amount $63,831 is tax revenue

to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year."
