COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL CONTRACT AND FEE SCHEDULE:

The City of Granite Shoals through the Sherwood Shores Trust provides citizens the opportunity to hold events and meetings at the Community Center located at 1208 Phillips Ranch Road.  As a citizen renting the facility and its contents you agree that:

1. The group will not exceed 200 persons at any one time.

2. Security may be required dependant on the event held as deemed by the Chief of Police.

3. You are responsible for any damages to the facility and it's contents, other than reasonable wear and tear.  Any deficiencies shall be reported immediately to the Parks Manager.

4. There is no alcohol permitted on the premises.

5. A deposit is required prior to the event as well as the rental fee.  **The deposit fee of $35.00 will be returned after the key has been returned and the building is checked for cleanliness and damages.  Additional charges may apply if there is a need for repair or replacement of damaged or missing property exceeding the deposit amount.

Fees:

Building Rental:    $35.00 (half day)    $50.00 (full day)
