If you have not paid online before you will need to create an account. To do so you will need:
1. Your account number (ex. 01-xxxx-00) which can be found on the bottom left corner of your bill.
2. The amount of your last "payment." This is the amount you paid, not neccessarily the amount of the bill.
3. Access to your email.

NOTE: The $5.00 Convenience Charge has been suspended. You may now pay your online water bill with NO Convenience Charge applied. Voluntary Contributions ($3.00) are not included

DONATIONS
The Voluntary Contribution to Fire, Police, and EMS support organizations which appears on your monthly water bill do not appear on the electronic billing system. If you wish to continue to make your contributions, you may do so by sending a check to the city, made out to Granite Shoals Public Works for any amount, or for simplicity, the $3 monthly fee works out to be $36 a year. Please note on the check that the payment is for the Voluntary Fire, Police, and EMS funds.
