Water
The City of Granite Shoals consistently tests and treats our public drinking water to provide a superior quality drinking water to the members of this community by production, purification, and distribution of water that meets or exceed both state and federal requirements. In addition to our extensive testing and treatment program, we also systematically flush our water distribution lines to remove residual particles and introduce freshly treated water.
Through these efforts, the City of Granite Shoals public drinking water system is recognized by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Superior Public Water System.
