PUBLIC NOTICE – Scheduled Server Migration and System Downtime

The City of Granite Shoals has been notified that our IT support team will be performing the migration from our current server to the new server on Monday, December 8.

This upgrade is a critical step in improving the reliability, security, and long-term performance of our technology systems. During the migration, the server must be taken fully offline, and connectivity to all systems will be unavailable throughout the process.

While our IT department will work to minimize the outage, we have been advised to expect systems to be offline for the full day.

We strongly encourage the public to plan ahead for this downtime, particularly as it falls just ahead of the 10th of the month, when utility payments are due.
