FRONT OF PROPERTY LINE) ALL SIGNS MUST BE PLACED BEHIND PATH OF UTILITY POLES AND STREET SIGNS.
SIGNS MUST be placed out of RIGHT-OF-WAY on PRIVATE PROPERTY ONLY.
NO SIGNS to block the view of traffic or interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
NO SIGNS ON ANY UTILITY POLE OR STREET SIGN.
ALL SIGNS MUST BE REMOVED WITH 24 HOURS OF THE END OF THE SALE
ALL SIGNS CONSTRUCTED SO AS TO HAVE ITS OWN SUPPORT STRUCTUR
Any person who violates any provision of the Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) plus court cost. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense. Such penalty shall be cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights of remedies the City may have. This means an officer is authorized to remove the signs, bring them to the owner’s home and write him/her a citation
