2. To register your pet, you must complete the following form for each pet.  The city allows no more than five pets. This doesn't include puppies or kittens too young to wean.

   The charge to register a pet is currently $35.00 for lifetime of the animal. 

   Once you have submitted the completed form, please go to City Hall within 48 hours along with your payment and proof of rabies vaccination for your pet to get your tag.

   Registration is required by Chapter 4 of the City Code.
